Reservation Policy for Norberto's Piano Bar & Lounge

At Norbertos, we strive to provide our guests with an enchanting experience filled with delightful music, exquisite drinks, and an atmosphere that resonates with elegance and comfort. To ensure that we can offer you the best experience, please take a moment to review our reservation policy:

Making a Reservation:

1. Booking Your Experience: Reservations can be made via our website [YourWebsite.com], over the phone at [Your Phone Number], or in person during our business hours. We recommend making reservations at least [number of days] days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2. Confirmation: After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation text message. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

3. Group Reservations: For parties larger than 6, please contact our event coordinator Lisa at lisaeventplanner1@gmail.com to discuss special arrangements and tailored experiences.

 

Arrival and Seating:

1. Timeliness: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or a wait time for the next available seating.

2. Seating Policy: We operate on a strict seating policy to ensure all our guests receive the full Norberto's experience. If your party has not arrived or called via our phone 718 530-4030 within 15 minutes after your reservation time, we reserve the right to mark your reservation as a no-show and may offer your table to other guests.

Cancellation and No-Show:

1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so at least 5 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer your table to other guests. Cancellations can be made online, over the phone, or in person.

2. No-Show Policy: Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in restrictions on future reservations.

 

Special Requests:

1. Accommodating Your Needs: We will do our best to accommodate special requests, such as a preferred table or dietary restrictions. Please mention any special requests when making your reservation.

2. Celebrating a Special Occasion: If you're celebrating a special occasion, please let us know in advance, and we'll be delighted to make your evening extra memorable.

 

Additional Information:

1. Dress Code: Norbertos has a smart casual dress code. We kindly ask our guests to dress accordingly to enhance the experience for everyone.

2. Parking: Parking is available in adjustent lot. If you live in Palmas del Mar we offer a complimentary golf cart shuttle. We will pick you up and drop you off Fridays & Saturdays from 6-11pm.
